1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SAGIScan (sagiscan.com), a product of SimpleBuild AI LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

SAGIScan is an AI-powered website scanning service that deploys 175 specialized AI agents to analyze websites across four pillars: SEO, AEO, GEO, and ISO. The service includes:

  • Free Homepage Scan — One page scanned with overall score and top 3 issues
  • Full Site Audit — All pages scanned at $5 per page with complete issue reports
  • Fix It For Me — Professional implementation of recommended fixes at flat-rate pricing
  • PDF Reports — Downloadable scan report with full branding

3. User Obligations

When using SAGIScan, you agree to:

  • Only submit URLs for websites you own or have authorization to scan
  • Not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to scan illegal content
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the scanning algorithms
  • Not submit more than 10 free scans per day from a single IP address
  • Provide accurate payment and contact information for paid services

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Free homepage scans are limited to 1 page and show only top 3 issues
  • Full site audits are charged at $5 per page discovered in the sitemap
  • Fix It For Me services are priced per issue: Critical ($50), High ($30), Medium ($30), Low ($15)
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Scan failures — Full refund if a paid scan fails to complete due to a system error
  • Fix It For Me — Refund if a fix is not completed within 7 business days
  • No refunds for completed scans or successfully implemented fixes
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to support@sagiscan.com

6. Fix It For Me Service

When using the Fix It For Me service:

  • You grant us temporary access to your website solely for implementing the agreed-upon fixes
  • Credentials are encrypted at rest and permanently deleted within 72 hours of fix completion
  • We implement only the specific fixes listed in the scan report — no unauthorized changes
  • You are responsible for backing up your site before granting access
  • We are not liable for pre-existing issues, plugin conflicts, or hosting limitations
  • Target completion time is 48 hours; maximum is 7 business days

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, AI agent definitions, branding, and code comprising SAGIScan are the intellectual property of SimpleBuild AI LLC. Scan reports generated for you are licensed for your personal or business use but may not be resold or redistributed commercially.

8. Disclaimers

  • SAGIScan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • Scan results are recommendations, not guarantees of search engine ranking improvements
  • We do not guarantee specific placement in Google, ChatGPT, or other AI search results
  • AI-generated analysis may occasionally contain inaccuracies — human review is recommended for critical decisions
  • We are not responsible for third-party website downtime or crawling restrictions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleBuild AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of SAGIScan. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SAGIScan at any time for violation of these terms, abusive usage, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Paid scan reports remain accessible for 90 days after termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of SAGIScan after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
